We prefer local suppliers and italian certified excellences DOC, DOP and IGP.
You can taste our traditional piadina with pork lard and the one with whole wheat flour and oil
The pursuing of offering timeless unique and intense flavours, pushed us to look for local suppliers in order to offer high quality standards. The cured pork meats used in our kiosk come from porks breeded in the wild in the woods with natural feeding.
In this way the classic piadinas with parma ham and salame nostrano made by Salumificio Fraticelli are a real discover of simple and authentic pleasures.
The IGP Ciauscolo it’s the only our regional Salame to has been registred since 2009 among European Commission the status of PGI, which stands for Protected Geographical Indication. We selected Re Norcino with its intense scent and softness results particular to be eat alone or with cheese and vegetables
The filling with handmade vegetables gratin or the classic one with sausage and erbe remain a good way to taste our piadina
