Born as a piadina family-run kiosk, Piadinzuola is located along the street that goes from the small village of Fiorenzuola di Focara to the sea.
Piadinzuola has been ideated as a place where everyone can find the pleasure of tranquillity and relax with traditional local tastes in a unique landscape.
We amuse in associating the beauty of San Bartolo National Park with unique local products, a methodology that refers to family’s traditions, and, at the same time looks to new tastes without forgetting the origins.
All our production is handmade and directly made using both a bit of technology to make our products safe and compliant to the food Regulations (Haccp), and for the main part through the true resource that we in Piadinzuola still consider to be a heritage: the people working at Piadinzuola.
